All items are handmade to order, so we aim to craft your piece within 7 days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. You’ll receive email updates about your order status.

Currently, we only ship to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, personalised and bespoke items cannot be returned as they are custom-made for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For bespoke orders, we’ll send you a detailed preview of your design before it’s made. This allows you to approve the final look before production begins.

We aim to incorporate natural and eco-conscious materials such as eco resin, wood, and glass in our designs. We do everything we can to try and be as eco-friendly as possible, but we recognise that there is always room for improvement.
