Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, personalised and bespoke items cannot be returned as they are custom-made for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For bespoke orders, we’ll send you a detailed preview of your design before it’s made. This allows you to approve the final look before production begins.
