At The Scandiless Home, all items are handmade to order, which means they’re as unique as your home. We aim to craft your order within 7 days of purchase and ship it promptly. Delivery times may vary, but most orders arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
We currently ship to mainland UK only (excluding Northern Ireland).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return non-personalised items in line with UK consumer laws within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please note:
• Personalised items cannot be returned as they are custom-made just for you.
• Bespoke items are also non-returnable, but we’ll send you a preview for approval before crafting your order to ensure you’re happy with the design.
